Post-16 Funding
Funding may be available from some colleges in the form of bursaries. Please contact the colleges to find out if bursaries are on offer, and if you are eligible.
Post-16 Transport Assistance
Some students may be eligible to apply for travel assistance. Information and application forms are available at 听or by contacting North Yorkshire County Council on 0845 872 7374. Applications for assistance usually open in April or May each year, but you can ring for general advice before this time.

There are features on this website including 鈥淲hat will the jobs of the future look like?鈥� and a quiz to help you identify how your skills and qualifications could match the future job market.
- Apprenticeships听 听
This website provides information about apprenticeships for students, parents and employers, and includes a list of current apprenticeship vacancies. It is a good idea to visit the site and create a user name and password and it is recommended that students in year 11 should start to apply for vacancies early in the spring term
